Welcome to BidTrade and our deputing service on online auctions and online shops in Japan ("service"). BidTrade provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time on this page.
- BidTrade cannot guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, usefulness, reliability, or legality of information about Sellers, the transaction conducted by Sellers, the personal information of the Sellers, or whether they infringe the rights of third parties.
- In no event will BidTrade be liable to you or anyone else for any loss incurred by system interruption, delay, suspension or data loss, or loss caused by illegal data access, as well as any loss caused by other servies provided by this website.
- BidTrade do not guarantee that e-mails sent by or through our website, server or domain name are free of viruses.
- BidTrade cannot be held responsible for any information or advice BidTrade provide to you.
- BidTrade are not liable for the loss incurred by violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- BidTrade cannot responsible any damage or stolen on the shipping.
- If the destination country requires an import license or other permit for import of the merchandise, it is your responsibility to obtain such a license or permit at your own risks & expenses.
- BidTrade are not liable for any fraudulent activites related with our transaction. If the seller who does not send us the products even though BidTrade paid Successful bid price and etc, BidTrade normally does not charge our commission for this case to member. But member should bear and pay all invoiced charges.
When using BidTrade's services, the following is prohibited:
Violation of laws and regulation, these Terms and Conditions, or Cautionary Notes; Actions that could cause harm to the body and mind of adolescents or violate morals; Actions impeding other users or any third party or actions that are offensive; Relay of false information; Sending or writing harmful programs or emails; Illegally breaking into our server or other computers.
The service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resoures. Because BidTrade has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that BidTrade is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that BidTrade shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resources.
- Members must pay for domestic shipping, overseas shipping, our service fee, bank transaction fee, tariffs, and other charges.
- On AUCTION SERVICES, .Cancellation after successful bids have not been accepted. Also, returns and claims after successful bid shall not be accepted.
- On ONLINE SHOP SERVICES, Cancellation after purchasing on any online shop has not been accepted. Also, returns and claims after BidTrade has purchased by proxy on online-shops shall not be accepted.
- On BidTrade SHIPPING SERVICES, you acknowledge that we have an disposed authority of the item if the item has arrived without order.
- On TEMPORARY STORAGE SERVICES, you acknowledge that the Storage Period is for 1 month. When the storage period of 3 months is passed from the arrival date, BidTrade have the authority to dispose your item. In addition, BidTrade cannot compensate your item forthe storage.
| Service Modification and Discontinuance |
BidTrade reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that BidTrade shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
BidTrade have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at will. In addition, we can add complementary terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "complements"). Amendments to these Terms and Conditions and complements shall take effect as indicated on the website. Buyers must abide by the new Terms and Conditions.
BidTrade only accept lump-sum payments and BidTrade cannot accept payment by monthly installment or any installments.
*- Bank fund transfer
- BidTrade would not give any answer the period of the domestic shipping. BidTrade shall annouce the item arrival on member's page.
- On AUCTION SERVICES & ONLINE SHOP SERVICES, You acknowledge that BidTrade would not compensate the damage, stolen, lost on international shipping.
